About the role
Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Office Assistant to serve as the central hub of daily office operations. The role ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and partners while supporting multiple departments across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a tidy office space and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and coordinate office maintenance.
- Facilitate internal communications, enforce office policies, and develop efficient processes.
- Act as primary contact for suppliers and partners, ensuring quality service.
- Welcome external visitors and assist in organizing meetings, initiatives, and corporate events.
- Monitor office budgets in collaboration with the Executive Administration Team Lead – EMEA.
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to maintain a safe workplace.
- Provide insights to management and support cross‑functional administrative projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive problem‑solver with an inclusive mindset.
- Fluency in both French and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with office management software.
