Network Systems Engineer – Remote Management & Projects

About the role

Join a dynamic services department where you will remotely manage mission‑critical systems for customers across Belgium. You will troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and contribute to new installations while receiving training on the latest technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform remote corrective maintenance and preventive visits on critical infrastructure.
• Monitor systems proactively, roll out updates, and manage lifecycle activities.
• Prepare lab environments for future deployments and install solutions on‑site.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers and Project Managers during implementation phases.
• Provide training to key users and administrators.

Required profile

• Bachelor, Master or Engineer degree in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with good English proficiency.
• Analytical mindset, well‑organized, flexible and eager to learn.
• Willingness to join an on‑call rotation after an initial training period.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B).

Required skills

• Virtualisation technologies – VMware, Nutanix.
• Windows Server environments.
• Networking – Cisco (CCNA level).
• Linux systems (asset).
• VOIP / Video solutions (asset).
