About the role
As a Core Site Designer you will own the design of site requests for data‑center equipment installations, delivering efficient and compliant solutions that meet operational agreements. You will work closely with requestors and field engineers to translate requirements into detailed designs while ensuring data quality in the CMDB.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design of core site requests related to equipment installations.
- Collaborate with requestors and field engineers to develop effective design solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with site criteria, operational agreements and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and high‑quality data in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and share best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data‑center installations.
- BA4 certification or ability to obtain it.
- Fluent in English; French and Dutch are a plus.
- Proactive mindset with strong collaboration skills.
