Network Development Manager – Belgium & Luxembourg

About the role
Geely BeNeLux is looking for a proactive Network Development Manager to lead the launch of its brand in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will be responsible for building a complete dealer network, from market analysis to signing agreements, ensuring full regional coverage in record time.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and target top‑tier dealer groups across Flanders, Wallonia and Luxembourg.
- Lead the pitch process, presenting Geely’s value proposition and fiscal advantages.
- Negotiate and close dealer agreements, adapting terms to Belgian and Luxembourgish legal requirements.
- Prioritise expansion in key economic hubs such as Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Liège and Luxembourg City.
- Oversee the Go‑Live phase, ensuring partners meet operational, technical and branding standards.
- Coordinate with global and regional teams to provide partners with IT systems, tools and training.
- Prepare data‑driven expansion proposals for the Executive Board.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network development, business development or dealer acquisition within the Belgian and/or Luxembourgish automotive market.
- Established high‑level network with major dealer group boards in the region.
- Highly proactive, resilient and able to work in a fast‑moving environment.
- Native‑level Dutch (Flemish) and/or French, with professional fluency in English.
