About the role
The NATO Procurement Specialist will support iOra’s contract procurement activities, ensuring that purchase orders and supplier engagements comply with NATO regulations. This remote position involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver cost‑effective solutions for defense‑related projects.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage NATO purchase orders and related procurement documentation.
- Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier performance records.
- Provide analytical insights to optimise procurement costs and drive efficient sourcing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement actions with project requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with NATO procurement policies, procedures, and relevant defence regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience with NATO purchase orders and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of NATO procurement policies is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in governmental or defence organisations is a plus.
