About the role

As a Mobile Software Engineer you will shape Alan’s health‑focused mobile experience, building the foundation that millions of members rely on daily. You will work on a product that combines insurance, prevention and care into a seamless, user‑centric app.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement a rock‑solid mobile foundation that scales globally.
Architect for performance, scalability and high quality to support rapid growth.
Create smooth, emotionally resonant interactions that delight users.
Enable localisation and globalisation, ensuring the app works seamlessly across different markets and cultures.
Develop meaningful features that help members connect health data and engage with preventive services.

Required profile

Strong passion for improving health outcomes through technology.
Experience building mobile applications that serve large user bases.
Ability to design solutions that balance performance, scalability and user experience.
Comfort working in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven environment.
