Mobile Device Management Integration Engineer

About the role

As a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Integration Engineer at Zetes, you will design and deliver robust mobile device solutions for customers operating in industrial production, logistics and transport. You will act as a technical advisor, guiding clients from solution design through implementation, validation and post‑deployment support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, present and implement MDM solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end integration projects, both on‑site and remotely.
• Configure and manage MDM platforms and rugged mobile devices.
• Validate hardware and software compatibility and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide post‑deployment monitoring, support and optimisation.
• Develop documentation, staging procedures and best‑practice guides.
• Represent Zetes to customers, ensuring high service quality.

Required skills

• Experience with MDM platforms such as SOTI MobiControl or 42Gears SureMDM.
• Familiarity with rugged mobile devices (e.g., Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, Urovo, Panasonic).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Broad IT knowledge and hands‑on technical expertise.
