Meeting Room Project Manager / Coordinator

About the role

SNCB/NMBS is looking for a Meeting Room Project Manager / Coordinator, advertised by Ypto, to support the strategic IT initiative of the Meeting Room project after the integration of FSM into B-ST. The project is expected to grow significantly, with many rollout and refresh projects planned, and aims to deliver standardized, high-quality meeting room solutions across multiple locations while keeping operational impact low. The position is hybrid and based near Brussels-South station.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site surveys and on-site requirements analyses for meeting room projects
• Carry out technical validations of proposed solutions and supporting infrastructure
• Ensure standardization of meeting room solutions across the organization
• Manage the full project lifecycle from analysis through delivery, including scope, planning, risks and budget
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, facility management teams, IT teams and external suppliers

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in meeting room, audiovisual (AV) or unified communications (UC) projects
• Experience delivering technical projects, validating infrastructure and deploying meeting rooms
• Proven ability to manage projects from analysis to final delivery, including scope, planning, risk and budget management
• Experience defining and enforcing technical standards in an enterprise environment
• Ability to work in large enterprise environments and handle multiple projects at once

Required skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Knowledge of network connectivity and basic network architecture
• Knowledge of displays, audio and video platforms and audiovisual solutions
• Independent technical validations and site surveys
• Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills
