Medior Project Manager

About the role

Sogeti is looking for a Medior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects for a variety of clients. You will act as the central coordination point, ensuring that business goals are translated into successful project outcomes while balancing scope, schedule, cost and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Own project planning, execution, risk management and resource allocation.
• Translate business requirements into structured project plans, work breakdown structures and KPIs.
• Monitor progress, produce performance reports and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and handover.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) with professional proficiency in French and English.
• 2‑5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Ability to create structure in complex environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT.
• Solid understanding of Project Management practices and both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
