Medior Back Office Engineer – Linux & LDAP

About the role

We are seeking a Medior Back Office Engineer to manage and enhance our enterprise identity infrastructure. You will work with LDAP services and backend systems in a secure, high‑availability environment, ensuring reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Oracle Directory Server and OpenLDAP.
• Manage LDAP operations including replication, queries, backups, schema updates, and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Linux (Red Hat) servers.
• Monitor systems proactively and resolve incidents.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, KSH, or Perl.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and implement security improvements.
• Handle incidents, changes, documentation, and technical procedures.
• Support infrastructure projects, migrations, and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in UNIX/Linux and Oracle infrastructure environments.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
