Marketing Trainee – Hospitality Internship

About the role

Join the marketing team at a prestigious hotel in the heart of Brussels. As a Marketing Trainee you will support both internal and external communication initiatives, gaining hands‑on experience in hospitality marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and distribute marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers and digital assets.
• Develop presentations for the Sales and Meeting & Events teams.
• Maintain the hotel’s website, blog and partner sites, ensuring up‑to‑date content.
• Assist in analysing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Manage online reputation and support multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google My Business) and produce engaging content (photos, videos, copy).
• Set up reporting and contribute to video challenges and other digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Student enrolled in hotel management, marketing, communication or business studies.
• Available for a minimum five‑month internship starting June 2026.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Dutch) are a plus.
• Strong communication skills, customer‑service orientation and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Energetic, team‑player with a positive attitude and willingness to tackle challenges.
