Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Brussels office of Roland Berger, a leading European strategy consulting firm. You will help promote our thought leadership, drive digital campaigns and support events for top‑level clients.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute thought‑leadership studies and reports through direct mailing campaigns to senior executives of Belgium’s leading companies.
• Plan and execute social‑media and brand‑awareness campaigns.
• Draft press releases and coordinate media outreach.
• Assist in organising events such as CEO roundtables.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with industry platforms and the Global Marketing team to align local activities with group best practices.
• Maintain accurate use of the CRM and other marketing tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• Proactive, structured and solution‑oriented working style.
• Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with marketing automation tools (CRM, LinkedIn campaign management).
