Marketing Operations & Communications Specialist

About the role

Quariq is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Operations & Communications Specialist to drive the rollout of its new brand identity and to strengthen the operational foundation of the marketing function. This practical role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, organising assets and getting things done in a fast‑moving, post‑merger environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of the new Quariq brand across presentations, brochures, factsheets, templates, banners and sales collateral.
• Create and adapt marketing and sales materials using PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe or similar tools.
• Maintain visual consistency and manage brand assets, templates, images and basic brand guidelines.
• Assist colleagues in applying the new brand correctly and transform legacy materials into a unified format.
• Strengthen marketing operations by supporting planning and execution of campaigns, maintaining content calendars, action lists and project plans.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, business development, management and external partners.

• Proactive, detail‑oriented individual who enjoys building processes and meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a post‑merger setting where structures are still being defined.
• Flexible and pragmatic, able to shift priorities and step in where needed.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview of multiple projects.
