Marketing Manager – Benelux

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities across Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden, with the possibility of expanding into additional markets. Reporting to the Head of Marketing in the UK, you will translate global strategy into focused regional plans while working closely with sales and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual and quarterly regional marketing plans aligned with product launches and commercial priorities.
• Adapt global campaigns for local audiences, manage timelines, stakeholder approvals and post‑campaign analysis.
• Own the regional events programme, handling planning, logistics, promotion and post‑event reporting.
• Identify local content needs and support the creation of case studies, thought‑leadership pieces and sales collateral.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to recommend growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional or multi‑country marketing, preferably within B2B environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Benelux region and occasionally to Sweden, the UK and other European markets.
