Marketing Lead Pharmacy Business

About the role

Are you passionate about healthcare marketing and eager to shape innovative solutions for pharmacists and patients? At Servier BeLux we are looking for a Marketing Lead Pharmacy Business to join our Cardiovascular & Venous Diseases team. The role combines strategic brand management with the development of pharmacy‑focused services that create value for pharmacists, patients and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the pharmacy and consumer activation strategy for a flagship cardiovascular brand, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
• Design and launch sell‑out programs, in‑pharmacy activation campaigns and omnichannel direct‑to‑consumer initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, market access and digital teams to maximise execution excellence in pharmacies.
• Identify growth opportunities through market and customer insights, manage agencies, budgets and project timelines.
• Identify unmet needs of pharmacists and translate insights into scalable pharmacy solutions and services.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects across therapeutic areas to deliver tools and programs that support pharmacists in daily practice.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, OTC, consumer healthcare or pharmacy marketing.
• Proven track record in brand management and customer activation within the pharmacy environment.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project‑management capabilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French; advanced English is a strong asset.
