Brand Manager – Companion Animals (Belgium)

About the role

As the Brand Manager for Companion Animals, you will translate global and regional strategies into locally relevant campaigns for the Belgian market. You will own the full campaign cycle, from planning and briefing to execution, performance tracking, and optimisation, working closely with sales, digital, and customer‑engagement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Localise global and regional content for the Belgian market.
• Coordinate campaign planning, approvals, timelines, and performance tracking.
• Support launch readiness, events, and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Use market insights and analytics to improve campaign performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in marketing or brand management.
• Experience with omnichannel campaign execution and content development.
• Strong project‑management and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate scientific content clearly and effectively.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
