Marketing Lead – Pharmacy Business

About the role

Join Servier BeLux as the Marketing Lead for Pharmacy Business, driving the pharmacy and consumer marketing strategy for a flagship cardiovascular and venous disease brand. You will work at the intersection of consumer healthcare, pharmacy engagement, and prescription medicines, delivering innovative solutions within a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy and consumer marketing strategy for a flagship brand (approximately 75% of time).
• Develop and execute pharmacy channel strategies while ensuring full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies and ethical standards.
• Create compelling sell‑out programmes and in‑pharmacy activation campaigns, and design omnichannel direct‑to‑consumer campaigns.
• Produce promotional tools and materials for the field force and collaborate with sales teams to maximise execution excellence in pharmacies.
• Manage agencies, budgets and project timelines, continuously monitoring and optimising campaign performance.
• Identify unmet needs of pharmacists, translate insights into scalable pharmacy solutions, and coordinate cross‑functional projects across therapeutic areas.
• Work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Digital teams to ensure successful implementation of pharmacy‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare marketing, preferably within the pharmacy channel.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, ethical standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyse market and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience managing external agencies, budgets and multi‑disciplinary project timelines.
