Marketing Internship - Hospitality

About the role

DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is looking for an energetic Marketing Trainee for a hospitality internship of at least six months, starting in September 2026. The role covers reputation management, guest relations, website and social media content, campaign reporting and support to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest reviews professionally and empathetically, and build detailed guest profiles; follow up on special requests
• Maintain and enrich the guest database by completing existing profiles
• Keep the hotel website up to date with fresh, relevant content
• Support the sales team by monitoring the loyalty programme, creating sales materials and giving administrative support
• Analyse online campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
• Create engaging content and manage the hotel's presence on social media
• Finalise offers and promote additional sales

Required profile

• Student in Marketing or Communication with an internship agreement of at least six months starting September 2026
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or another language is a plus
• Excellent writing skills, able to work independently and take initiative
• Able to handle several tasks at once with attention to detail

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and email platforms
• Ability to analyse basic database information and prepare accurate reports
