Marketing Intern – LegalTech Startup

About the role

Emma Legal, an award‑winning legal‑tech startup, is looking for a Marketing Intern to help shape its go‑to‑market strategy. You’ll work directly with the founding CMO and the leadership team, gaining hands‑on experience across the full marketing mix in a fast‑moving B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full marketing mix, including content creation, digital campaigns, inbound initiatives, events, and brand development.
• Create and distribute content on LinkedIn, email newsletters, and the company website – writing, designing, scheduling and optimizing each piece.
• Develop inbound assets such as landing pages, lead magnets, one‑pagers and draft case studies.
• Assist with event logistics and activations at key legal‑tech conferences across the US, UK and Europe.
• Produce graphic designs for social media, presentations and campaign materials.
• Work within the marketing stack (HubSpot, LinkedIn, paid‑media tools) and contribute fresh ideas.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong written English with a clear, concise and personable style.
• Good eye for design and experience with design tools.
• Comfortable with digital channels and social media, understanding what makes content resonate.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem‑solving attitude and willingness to propose new ideas.
• Additional language skills (Dutch, French, German) are a plus.
