Marketing Director

About the role

N-SIDE is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead its marketing and communication activities across the Life Sciences and Energy sectors. Based in Louvain-la-Neuve, you will shape a three‑year roadmap, protect the global brand, and deliver sector‑specific messaging that resonates with distinct buyer personas.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy aligned with N‑SIDE’s value proposition.
• Maintain a unified brand identity while tailoring messages for Life Sciences and Energy markets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to drive demand generation, ABM initiatives, and growth in strategic accounts.
• Oversee creation of thought‑leadership assets such as white papers, webinars, and case studies.
• Manage product positioning, differentiation, and sales enablement, especially around AI capabilities.
• Allocate a lean budget across sectors, prioritising high‑growth opportunities.
• Organise N‑SIDE Connect events, conference participation, and customer segmentation activities.
• Lead a T‑shaped, agile marketing team, stepping in for content review, event coordination, and digital campaign execution as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, preferably in high‑tech or industrial environments.
• Ability to act as a "player‑coach" – strategic planning by day, hands‑on execution by afternoon.
• Strong understanding of both Life Sciences and Energy markets.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
