Social Media & Content Specialist (US Market)

About the role

Stanley/Stella is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to boost its presence in the United States. You will work at the crossroads of brand building, content creation, community engagement, and demand generation, collaborating with sales, product marketing, trade marketing, creative, and global communications teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the US social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Manage day‑to‑day social activity, maintain a consistent brand voice, and grow audience engagement.
• Own the US content calendar, coordinating photography, video, and social‑first assets with internal and external partners.
• Adapt global campaigns for US audiences and capture content at trade shows, product launches, and partner events.
• Build relationships with creators, decorators, influencers, agencies and official dealers to generate collaborative content.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn, monitoring performance against KPI targets.
• Develop and execute email marketing and newsletter campaigns to nurture leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media channels for a consumer‑focused brand.
• Strong understanding of the US market, fashion/apparel trends and sustainability messaging.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product, creative and external partners.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.

Required skills

• Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube platform management.
• Paid media campaign setup and optimisation on Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
• Email marketing and newsletter creation.
