Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

The Communication & Marketing Manager will boost the visibility, consistency and impact of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles brand. You will lead the implementation of the communication and marketing strategy, coordinate projects and promote the competition, its results, medals, partners and events both in Belgium and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Define, structure and execute the annual communication and marketing plan.
• Ensure brand image consistency across all channels and materials.
• Propose concrete actions to increase brand awareness and attract producers, partners, journalists, buyers and key opinion leaders.
• Coordinate content production for website, newsletters, social media, press releases, presentations, commercial materials and digital campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, international environment, overseeing planning, deadlines, approvals and external service providers.
• Collaborate closely with communication, sales, event teams and international partners to ensure successful execution.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in communication, marketing, project management or events, preferably in an international setting.
• Strategic mindset combined with the ability to act quickly.
• Organised, structured, autonomous and capable of handling several priorities simultaneously.
• Solution‑oriented, pragmatic and constructive.
• Team player comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Excellent writing skills in French and English.
• Strong understanding of branding, communication and marketing challenges.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as social media platforms, newsletters, CMS and planning tools.
