Marketing & Communications Intern (Social Media & Employer Branding)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern to drive Sailpeak’s social media presence and employer branding. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional passionate about LinkedIn strategy, storytelling, and showcasing a dynamic startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow Sailpeak’s LinkedIn profile, creating and publishing regular posts, articles, newsletters and visual content.
• Develop and execute a LinkedIn content calendar that highlights company culture, team activities, events and expertise.
• Strengthen employer branding by producing captions, graphics, presentations and other assets that illustrate life at Sailpeak.
• Collaborate with consultants to turn internal insights and project work into shareable social media pieces.
• Support promotion of company events, networking initiatives and internal communications via social channels.
• Assist with website content updates using the Webflow CMS.
• Monitor social media metrics, analyse performance and propose improvements.
• Contribute to internal communication tools such as Slack newsletters and announcements.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience or internships in marketing, communications, digital marketing or social media.
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media management, employer branding and storytelling.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional content platform.
• Creative mindset with good visual communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a fast‑moving environment.
