Marketing & Communications Coordinator (Dutch-speaking)

About the role

As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator you will own the execution of local marketing campaigns, ensuring the right messages reach our distributor network on time. You will work in a fast‑paced, international environment with a supportive team and opportunities for personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and track local marketing campaigns, aligning timelines, tasks and stakeholders.
• Produce and distribute campaign assets by working with internal teams and external vendors.
• Adapt global and regional communications for the local market while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create templates, decks and reports to simplify campaign management and measurement.
• Maintain clear communication with the distributor network in line with company values.
• Support social media activities, including content preparation, scheduling and engagement.
• Assist in organising events, handling logistics and on‑site support.
• Collect feedback to continuously improve future campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing & communication.
• Native‑level Dutch and fluent English; French is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative and solution‑oriented mindset.
