Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

As the Marketing & Communication Manager, you will be instrumental in elevating the brand, market positioning, and customer engagement of a leading international B2B distributor. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will translate strategic objectives into impactful campaigns while leading a growing marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives aligned with commercial goals and long‑term growth.
• Strengthen brand identity, visibility, and reputation across internal and external channels.
• Convert strategic priorities into effective campaigns, communication plans, and customer‑focused actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Category Management to support commercial objectives.
• Build and leverage relationships with key suppliers for joint marketing opportunities.
• Monitor performance through analytics and reporting, using insights for continuous improvement.
• Oversee digital marketing, customer communications, and content strategy to ensure consistency.
• Support the planning of customer events, trainings, and engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in B2B, distribution, wholesale, or industrial environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership building skills.
