Manager, Reward Practice – Belgium

About the role

KPMG is looking for a dynamic Manager to lead its Reward Practice in Belgium. You will guide a team of senior advisers and help organisations design and implement flexible reward and mobility programmes from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a high‑performing team of senior reward advisers.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of reward and mobility plans for clients.
• Coordinate project delivery and ensure high‑quality technical reviews.
• Collaborate closely with tax, legal and IT experts.
• Provide staff training and support the rapid expansion of the practice.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and deepen expertise in reward management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reward or compensation consulting.
• Strong communication skills with an open, honest and clear style.
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage large, complex projects.
• Client‑centric, innovative and proactive mindset.
• Ability to build relationships internally and with clients.
• Confidence in using AI tools and a critical approach to their application.
