Manager, Marketing Operations & Activations

About the role

Kipling Global is seeking a Manager of Marketing Operations & Activations to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of global brand activations. Based in Antwerp, you will work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure seamless go‑to‑market (GTM) processes and alignment with strategic messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and own Marketing GTM processes, ensuring seasonal milestones are met globally and regionally.
• Drive collaboration between regional Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, incorporating feedback to continuously improve the global marketing vision.
• Manage and optimise key marketing tools such as the Kipling Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and Brand Health Tracking tool, including contracts, user access and payments.
• Improve communication flow and processes among global and regional marketing teams, integrating AI where appropriate.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, streamline ways of working, and coordinate with shared services and external vendors.
• Partner with the Global Head of Marketing and Finance to ensure consistent reporting and classification of marketing costs.
• Support analysis of brand health data and communicate insights to regional teams.
