Manager Marketing, Customer Experience & Digital Transformation

About the role

Sia is seeking a Manager to lead its Marketing, Customer Experience and Digital Transformation practice. You will work with multinational clients to shape digital strategies, design innovative customer journeys and implement cutting‑edge marketing, sales and service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute digital strategies that improve client marketing, sales and service functions.
• Design and prototype new customer experiences, journeys and digital business models.
• Lead a small team of consultants, manage core practice campaigns and drive new‑business development.
• Stay up‑to‑date with programmatic, search and social marketing trends and translate them into client solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications and seminars across industry units.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, a creative agency or a blue‑chip multinational.
• Proven background in strategy, digital marketing, customer experience design and analytics.
• Strong communication, team‑leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English; willingness to travel for temporary assignments abroad.
