Manager, Deal Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Deal Management to join the Business Development Finance team within the European Finance division. The role supports European sales teams by developing financial business cases and managing Customer Business Agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial business cases in cooperation with European sales teams.
• Provide support to the Legal Department for Customer Business Agreement contracts.
• Own the end‑to‑end Customer Business Agreement process, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Update the business case model based on requirements and pricing changes, and deliver ad‑hoc analyses and deal reports using Salesforce and internal data.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or Finance.
• Strong relevant experience in a similar role; knowledge of the bank‑card industry is an asset.
• Outstanding verbal and written English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills and ability to deliver quickly.
• Effective interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
