Management Consulting Analyst – Customer Insight & Delivery (Graduate)

About the role

As a Management Consulting Analyst in the Customer Insight & Delivery team, you will help organisations transform how they serve their customers. You will work at the intersection of data, technology and strategy, turning insights into tangible improvements for customer experience and care models.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer data and call‑center interactions (including speech‑to‑text outputs) to identify drivers and prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Support the design and implementation of chatbots and generative AI accelerators to enhance digital customer‑care journeys.
• Collaborate on end‑to‑end service process analysis and co‑create innovative operating models.
• Deliver advisory recommendations and assist with hands‑on delivery across diverse industry projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven problem solving.
• Interest in customer experience, service transformation and consulting.
• Curiosity about digital and customer‑related technologies such as CRM platforms, conversational AI and customer analytics.
• Ability to combine analytical thinking with practical delivery.
