About the role

As a Management Assistant to the President of the Industrial Air Division, you will provide high‑level executive support in a fast‑moving international environment. You will help senior leaders stay focused on business priorities by organizing activities, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate a complex, ever‑changing agenda for the President and divisional management team.
  • Arrange international travel, meetings and related logistics.
  • Prepare, organize and follow up on management meetings, business reviews and leadership events.
  • Support planning activities, track key deadlines, actions and priorities.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, visits and internal events.
  • Handle administrative follow‑up including correspondence, invoicing, document management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Communications on presentations and internal communication materials.
  • Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and day‑to‑day office coordination.
  • Contribute to structured ways of working and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

  • Higher education degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a management assistant, executive assistant, office manager or similar coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities with capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, able to anticipate needs before issues arise.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Professional discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
