About the role
As a Management Assistant to the President of the Industrial Air Division, you will provide high‑level executive support in a fast‑moving international environment. You will help senior leaders stay focused on business priorities by organizing activities, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a complex, ever‑changing agenda for the President and divisional management team.
- Arrange international travel, meetings and related logistics.
- Prepare, organize and follow up on management meetings, business reviews and leadership events.
- Support planning activities, track key deadlines, actions and priorities.
- Organize seminars, workshops, visits and internal events.
- Handle administrative follow‑up including correspondence, invoicing, document management and reporting.
- Collaborate with Communications on presentations and internal communication materials.
- Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with onboarding activities and day‑to‑day office coordination.
- Contribute to structured ways of working and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Higher education degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a management assistant, executive assistant, office manager or similar coordination role.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities with capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proactive, able to anticipate needs before issues arise.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
- Professional discretion when handling confidential information.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
