Maintenance Technician

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our production machines running at peak performance in our Brussels engineering and workshop facilities. You will work on complex metallic assemblies for aircraft and space launchers, ensuring reliability and compliance with aerospace quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and extend equipment life.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on production machines.
- Carry out repairs, including work on hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC-controlled systems.
- Document interventions, update maintenance reports and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with EN9100 quality and ISO 14001 environmental standards.
Required profile
- Technical education (TSO, A2) or equivalent with a focus on electromechanics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Solution‑oriented mindset, flexibility and strong team spirit.
- Active knowledge of French and Dutch.
Required skills
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC systems.
- Ability to perform mechanical and electrical repairs safely.
