Maintenance Team Leader

About the role

Reynaers Aluminium is seeking a motivated Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the technical staff responsible for the optimal functioning of its buildings and installations. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager & Projects, you will help shape processes and ensure business continuity within the department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the internal maintenance team.
• Plan and manage the daily work schedule.
• Coordinate external contractors from initiation to completion.
• Oversee cleanliness and waste‑management reporting.
• Structure administrative processes and draft work procedures.
• Utilise and monitor various software tools to support operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities, devise action plans and follow up on outcomes.

Required profile

• Motivation to lead with some initial management experience (or strong ambition to do so).
• Hands‑on maintenance experience or strong technical aptitude.
• Problem‑solving mindset and decisive decision‑making.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Flexibility to be on‑call outside regular hours, including weekends.
• Knowledge of 5S and ISO standards is a plus.
