Low Voltage As-Built Designer

About the role

The Low Voltage As-Built Designer is responsible for maintaining and updating LV as‑built plans for infrastructure projects. You will ensure that all documentation meets the required standards and supports the smooth hand‑over of projects to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update LV as‑built plans following project completion, adhering to norms and standards.
• Process plan‑update requests based on redlining data or technician reports.
• Conduct quality control on LV plans, implement improvements, and ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee plan accuracy.
• Participate in post‑design hand‑over meetings on‑site or at Monnoyer.
• Follow the project schedule and apply the LV drafting methodology.
• Archive and administratively manage plans and their metadata.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience as a designer, with proven AutoCAD proficiency.
• Dutch speaker; French language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or secondary diploma in electricity, electromechanics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
• Team‑player attitude, flexibility, detail‑oriented, and pragmatic approach.
• Willingness to work on‑site at Merksem locations and client substations.
