Logistics Team Lead

About the role

Meogroup is seeking an experienced Logistics Team Lead to manage a mid‑size team of specialists and ensure smooth order fulfillment for customers in Belgium. You will be responsible for delivering orders on time, in full, with the right quality and cost while driving operational excellence across shipping, carrier management, and internal coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of six logistics specialists.
• Implement and enforce Standard Work consistently.
• Manage daily priorities and support effective execution across the team.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain service performance.
• Monitor and improve the performance of third‑party carriers.
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics operations, service quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics operations, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Solid stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Experience working with third‑party logistics providers or carriers.
• Structured, hands‑on, and focused on operational execution.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is mandatory.
