Logistics Duty Team Agent

About the role

The Logistics Duty Team Agent coordinates end‑to‑end cargo movements, acting as the central hub between warehouses, trucking partners, airlines, handlers and customers. The role ensures shipments are handled efficiently, securely and in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify On‑Time Performance (OTP) and maintain compliance with deadlines.
• Update trucking information based on actual freight flow for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Identify operational issues, propose solutions and submit irregularity or discrepancy reports.
• Coordinate import and export logistics, ensuring timely execution of all operations.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners to optimise efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in air cargo, freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Experience working with airlines, ground handlers or trucking providers is highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as IATA Cargo Introductory Course or Dangerous Goods awareness are an advantage.
