Legal Operations Manager – Hotel Industry

About the role

The Legal Operations Manager will support Radisson Hotel Group’s hotel and corporate operations, primarily across Europe, while also contributing to global projects. The role involves independent management of hotel contracts, providing legal advice to corporate entities, and guiding operational teams on a wide range of legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on hotel management and franchise agreements, amendments, notices and related documents.
• Maintain the contract repository, ensuring accurate uploads, updates, and tracking of milestones and expiration dates.
• Provide legal support to European regional teams, including debt recovery, breach notices and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and coordinate external counsel for disputes, tax matters and other operational issues.
• Collaborate with international legal teams to align regional activities with global standards and strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Legal degree with solid experience in hospitality or commercial contract law.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European language proficiency is a plus.
