Legal & Corporate Administration Officer

About the role

Join a dynamic legal team at the heart of governance, compliance and corporate matters within the insurance sector. As a Legal & Corporate Administration Officer you will support lawyers and the General Counsel with a variety of legal, administrative and organisational tasks in a structured, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and follow‑up of Board meetings and General Assemblies.
• Manage and update corporate files, legal databases and statutory registers.
• Draft, review and maintain legal and corporate documents.
• Follow up on Fit & Proper files, legal publications, powers of attorney and group databases.
• Contribute to internal control programmes and cross‑functional projects.
• Help digitalise legal processes, including the use of AI solutions aligned with group standards.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports, minutes and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in legal practice or equivalent experience.
• Initial relevant experience in a structured legal environment.
• Strong accuracy, organisational skills and discretion.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• Interest in digitalisation and legal innovation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
