Learning Partner – Patient Supply

About the role

UCB is seeking a Learning Partner for its Patient Supply function. Based in Braine l’Alleud, you will help build a strong learning culture by designing, delivering and continuously improving learning experiences that enable colleagues to develop the capabilities needed for success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into learning plans aligned with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with learning teams, talent partners and subject‑matter experts to co‑create high‑impact learning solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end learning projects, from needs assessment through design, pilot, implementation and ongoing improvement.
• Coordinate with learning operations to ensure smooth delivery and optimal learner experience.
• Collect, analyse and share learning data to drive continuous improvement and measure impact.

Required profile

• Significant experience in learning and development, learning design or capability building.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in pharma, biopharma or production environments is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, influencing and communication skills.
• Proven ability to design and deliver workshops or digital learning solutions.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics.
• Excellent planning and project‑management capabilities.
• Learning‑and‑development certifications are an asset.
