Learning & Development Project Lead – Service Sales

About the role

As a Learning & Development Project Lead you will design, develop and coordinate learning initiatives that strengthen service sales capabilities across Daikin EMEA. You will translate the 2030 strategic targets into practical learning journeys, engaging content and scalable formats, working closely with service experts, affiliates and training colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Identify learning needs related to service sales, service management and service business development.
• Design learning journeys that support the service capabilities needed to achieve 2030 strategic targets.
• Translate technical, commercial and strategic service knowledge into clear, practical learning content and toolkits together with subject‑matter experts.
• Coordinate and facilitate trainings, workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions for key target groups.
• Support blended learning formats, including classroom, virtual, e‑learning, peer learning, train‑the‑trainer and on‑the‑job application.
• Contribute to the development of the Service L&D Academy, including governance, content standards, learning pathways and impact measurement.
• Work with affiliates to support local adoption across countries and maturity levels.
• Use the Learning Management System to organise, monitor and improve learning activities based on participation, feedback and outcomes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field.
• Relevant experience in L&D, training design, capability development or commercial/service enablement.
• Experience in a service, technical, B2B or international environment (strong asset).
• Understanding of adult learning principles, blended learning formats and practical learning journey design.
• Interest in service business models, customer value, sales enablement and business transformation.
• Ability to translate complex business or technical content into clear, engaging learning material.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Structured, hands‑on, proactive with strong project‑management and stakeholder‑coordination skills.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are an asset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA.
