Lead Solutions Architect – eLux & Scout

About the role

Citrix is looking for a Lead Solutions Architect to drive the integration and optimization of Unicon’s eLux and Scout solutions within the Citrix platform. You will help customers build secure, scalable digital workspaces that combine endpoint security, centralized management, and high‑performance application delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure endpoint management architectures using eLux (a lightweight Linux‑based OS) and Scout (centralized management).
• Lead the development of new features, optimizations, and integrations that enhance security, performance, and manageability.
• Advocate for process improvements that increase IT efficiency in endpoint security, remote device management, and OS standardisation.
• Collaborate with customers to create and validate proof‑of‑concepts demonstrating eLux and Scout in real‑world scenarios.
• Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration with Citrix VDI/DaaS and Web Apps.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale endpoint management or virtualization solutions.
• Strong understanding of Linux‑based operating systems and secure workspace architectures.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
