Lead Planner/Scheduler – Data Centre (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Planner/Scheduler to drive the planning and scheduling function for a hyperscale data centre project in Mons, Belgium. In this key position you will own the development of detailed construction programmes, monitor performance and ensure alignment with project objectives throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules for complex capital projects.
• Lead implementation and management of project controls tools and systems.
• Perform critical path analysis, scenario planning and produce regular schedule performance reports.
• Facilitate interactive planning workshops and collaborative planning sessions.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to provide clear schedule status updates.
• Define, monitor and report on key project milestones and resource requirements.
• Support constructability reviews, programme optimisation and ensure compliance with quality management systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling on complex construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential).
• Strong understanding of design, engineering and construction sequencing.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and progress tracking.
• Degree in Construction, Engineering or related discipline.
• EU passport (essential).
