L2 Support Engineer – Healthcare IT

About the role

We are looking for a motivated L2 Support Engineer to join a leading global provider of Hospital Health Information Systems. Based in Diegem, you will work in a hybrid model, supporting critical coding and data solutions deployed in Belgian hospitals and helping to improve clinical and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line and second‑line support for installed HIS modules such as 360 Encompass, DRG Finder and Benchmark Portal.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with physicians, coding specialists and hospital IT teams.
• Assist with roll‑outs, upgrades and adoption of new healthcare IT solutions.
• Guide customers on correct system usage and ensure optimal performance.
• Work with international teams to continuously improve system reliability and user experience.

Required profile

• Background in IT, software or a related field.
• Initial experience in technical support or system environments.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch and English.
• Comfortable interacting with non‑technical hospital staff.
