Key Account Sales Representative

About the role

The Key Account Sales Representative will be based in Quiévrain and work full‑time on‑site for Medaro srl, a wholesale specialist in aromatic and medicinal herbs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key wholesale customers, ensuring their needs are met with the right product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with strategic wholesale accounts, understand their requirements and propose suitable product ranges and pricing.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and coordinate order processing with internal logistics and quality teams.
• Monitor market trends in aromatic and medicinal herbs, identify new business opportunities and support growth initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery and follow‑up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Accurately report sales activities, performance metrics and participate in client visits, trade events or on‑site meetings as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or customer‑relationship roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities to build long‑term partnerships.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Professional proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with basic sales reporting, CRM tools and standard office software.
