Key Account Manager – Top 3 Retail Accounts (Belgium)

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead our top three strategic retail partnerships in Belgium. You will act as the main link between the company and major retailers, turning market insights into commercial plans that drive growth for our premium food portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several strategic key accounts within the Belgian retail market.
• Build long‑term partnerships and act as a trusted business partner.
• Translate customer strategies and needs into clear commercial action plans.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
• Prepare and negotiate annual agreements, including trade terms, promotional investments and commercial conditions.
• Develop annual account plans based on turnover, margin, market trends and business opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account management and customer development.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to structure commercial agreements.
• Analytical mindset to translate data and market insights into actionable plans.
• Ability to work closely with major retailers and influence commercial strategy.
