Key Account Manager – French Speaking (Belgium)

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a French‑speaking Key Account Manager to nurture and grow its strategic corporate clients across Belgium. You will join a fast‑moving, owner‑driven team that focuses on delivering a seamless health‑insurance experience for large and medium‑touch accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic and flagship companies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify client needs, drive onboarding, and promote Alan’s health‑partner positioning to achieve high adoption rates.
• Monitor satisfaction signals, propose solutions, and act proactively to retain accounts.
• Prepare and present consumption reports and business reviews to customers.
• Lead cross‑selling and upselling initiatives, renegotiate contracts, and ensure profitable outcomes.
• Collaborate with product teams to convey customer feedback and influence product evolution.
• Support new customer acquisition by showcasing the Key Account Management program alongside sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account or strategic sales management, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with proven ability to grow and retain large accounts.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Demonstrated track record of negotiating contracts and delivering business value.
