Key Account Executive

About the role

DELSEY is seeking a motivated Key Account Executive to join its Belgian commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work closely with Key Account Managers and gain hands‑on experience visiting retail partners across Belgium, primarily in Flanders.

Key responsibilities

• Support and develop a portfolio of retail and department‑store accounts throughout Belgium.
• Build trust‑based relationships with store managers and partners, ensuring DELSEY PARIS products are well represented.
• Visit stores regularly to monitor stock levels, merchandising quality, and product visibility.
• Present new collections, support in‑store activations, promotions and visibility initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities, assist in prospecting new retail partners, and share market insights with the Commercial Director.
• Collaborate with the Belgian team, learning from senior members and progressively taking ownership of accounts.

Required profile

• Junior‑level commercial mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Curious, energetic, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with retail partners.
• Ability to travel frequently across Belgium, especially Flanders.
