Junior Tester – Application Testing (Brussels)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Tester to join our testing team in Brussels on a near‑site freelance basis. Working under the guidance of a Team Leader, you will help ensure that applications meet the requirements set by Contracting Authorities through thorough testing and clear reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and testing applications against contractual requirements and methodology.
• Define logical test cases, execute them, and verify results.
• Perform integration testing across multiple components.
• Produce detailed technical documentation and testing reports.
• Assess test processes, tools, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
• Self‑starter with a rapid learning curve and good teamwork skills.
• Objective, supportive, and service‑oriented work attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication, especially for reporting quality and test results.
