Junior Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Officer to join ADIUTUM, a Belgian IT consultancy. In this role you will support the growth of the company by attracting and selecting the right talent for our technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish clear, targeted job advertisements.
• Source candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, Stepstone and Indeed.
• Partner with Business Managers to understand hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment workflow.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay informed about IT industry trends and challenges.
• Participate in employer branding events and internal communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
• First experience in recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organisational abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to persuade and rally stakeholders.
• Enjoys challenges, takes responsibility and shows high commitment.

Required skills
