Junior Software Engineer

About the role

Qargo is a fast‑growing SaaS transport management platform looking for ambitious recent graduates to join its engineering team. As a Junior Software Engineer you will work on a modern stack, contribute to both back‑end and front‑end features, and help shape a product that improves logistics efficiency across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain services using Python, Django and GraphQL.
• Build responsive user interfaces with React and React Native.
• Participate in container orchestration and deployment on Kubernetes and Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, scale, and optimise distributed systems.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous integration pipelines.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in real‑world impact and user‑first product design.
• Self‑starter attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills across functions.
